Ritsika Foundation is committed to working across Odisha and India with a broad focus on social, educational, health, environmental, and economic development. Our key objectives include:
Provide services in health, education, sanitation, family welfare, and nutrition for all, especially for SC, ST, women, children, and the economically weaker sections. Promote awareness of human rights, gender equality, and social justice. Rehabilitate persons with disabilities and assist women in distress.
Promote alternative, inclusive, and innovative educational activities. Establish vocational training and livelihood centers for youth, women, and underprivileged communities. Provide educational opportunities to deprived and poor people. Organize seminars, workshops, and research on socio-economic and cultural issues.
Support scientific and organic farming practices, especially for marginal and poor farmers. Promote biodiversity conservation and sustainable agriculture. Facilitate micro-enterprises and support SHGs, especially for women and persons with disabilities.
